曾銘宗：吸引金融人才 特別津貼未偏高

針對立委質疑金管會濫發特別津貼自肥，金管會主委曾銘宗表示，由於政府機關金融專業人才薪水低於民間，因此九十三年七月金管會成立時，特別訂立相關制度，以吸引優秀金融人才加入。由於金管會同仁素質相當高，起薪與民間相比並未偏高，很多同仁也被外界挖角。

曾銘宗說『當時金管會成立為吸引外界金融人才，因為政府機關金融專業人員薪水相對民間低，是九十三年七月金管會成立時，為吸引人才設立的制度。』（資料照片）
