關說、洩密評鑑案 預計14日公布結論

檢察官評鑑委員會針對「司法關說」案以及「洩密、監聽」案，評鑑台灣高檢署檢察長陳守煌、高檢署檢察官林秀濤、檢察總長黃世銘、特偵組檢察官楊榮宗、鄭深元共五人，評鑑委員預定本月14號上午召開最後一次會議，下午三點半對外公布結論。

五名被評鑑的檢察官可能面對三種情況：包括，沒有疏失不予評鑑；或是只有「行政疏失」，送檢審會懲處，將受記過到書面告誡等處分，最後一種可能是：違失情節重大，有彈劾必要，送監院審議。
