男酒後掃帚毆警　判2個月徒刑

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣羅東鎮一名陳姓男子（34歲），今年八月底在家中酒後與家人爆發口角爭執，警方獲報後派人前去處理，酒醉的陳男竟持掃把柄，朝警員攻擊，還揮拳毆打警員，一名羅東警分局公正派出所的周姓警員遭毆受傷，後腦血腫、左前臂挫傷，警方當場將他逮捕，過程中他還不斷對警方咆哮、辱罵，警方依妨害公務罪嫌將他移送法辦，宜蘭地方法院審結，判陳男2個月有期徒刑，得易科罰金。
 
宜蘭地方法院認為，陳男於警員依法執行勤務時，非但不予配合，還恣意對警員攻擊，妨害國家公務順利進行，法治觀念薄弱，漠視公權力存在，所為實屬不該；但念陳男犯後坦承犯行，且與周姓警員達成和解，故判2個月有期徒刑。
