烏克蘭向俄借錢　不甩歐盟

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】烏克蘭總理阿薩洛夫（Mykola Azarov）15日晚宣布，總統亞努科維奇（Viktor Yanukovych）17日將赴莫斯科，與俄羅斯總統普丁簽署增進雙方貿易關係的路線圖。普丁幕僚則透露，雙方還可望敲定俄借款給烏克蘭相關事宜，讓烏克蘭維持在俄的羽翼之下。

烏克蘭民眾因抗議亞努科維奇親俄，在首都基輔示威的行動已進入第4周，今將再舉行大規模遊行。為平息危機，亞努科維奇做出多項讓步，包括開除高階鎮暴警官，並特赦先前被捕的示威者，上周五首度與反對陣營會談。
