前往紐國 外交部呼籲注意簽證事宜

外交部領事事務局局長龔中誠今天提醒，欲前往紐西蘭商旅或度假打工的國人，若曾遭到他國拒絕入境、驅逐或押解出境，可能會遭紐西蘭移民官註銷簽證或拒絕入境，且不適用簽證待遇。

龔中誠說，近來發生數起國人持度假打工簽證，卻因曾有過遭他國拒絕入境、驅逐或押解出境，被紐國移民官註銷簽證且拒絕入境的情況，外交部提醒，此涉及到紐西蘭移民法第15條第1項第6款規定，因此紐國移民官有此權利，故呼籲國人注意。
