被控A股票　陳威陶稱「股票是我的」

【張欽／台北報導】精神科名醫李光輝2年前成立光輝生命醫學公司，他指控將價值1千萬元的股票，借名登記在助理陳啟弘名下，陳竟與藝人王靜瑩前夫陳威陶和謀侵吞股票，控告2人背信，台北地院今天首度開庭，陳威陶、陳啟弘均否認犯行，陳威陶並稱，「這些股票都是我的，不是李光輝借名登記在陳啟宏名下，至於陳啟弘何時辦理變更印鑑、提領股票，我都不清楚。」
 
至於陳威陶前女友Emma的哥哥陳啟宏，也否認犯行，他說當時有匯5萬餘元給李光輝，後來發現自己名下怎麼多了100萬股，回想曾聽過陳威陶與李談話，陳說股票是他的，要登記在陳啟弘與妹妹名下，陳啟宏說，他離職辦變更都有告訴李。
 
李光輝表示，全案已經進入法院審理程序，希望對方能夠認罪。
