宅男女神魏蔓首度擔任電視劇女主角，網友稱她演技進步，也發現她身材愈來愈「圓」，加上戲服寬鬆，被揶揄有如穿孕婦裝，劉海造型也和某時期的韓瑜像姊妹臉。她透過經紀人表示，變腫是真，但非發胖，是內分泌失調所致。

她的經紀人嘉嘉說，163公分的她，一直都是52公斤，因每天拍戲太累，睡眠時間少，導致生理時鐘大亂，沒時間去運動，新陳代謝變很差，日前還連續發高燒，一有空檔就到醫院打點滴。

她日前穿性感爆奶裝，站在纖瘦的王思平身旁，馬上大一號，覺得很沮喪。
