燒髮釘手指逼吞子彈　妒男囚虐人1周判7年

【劉昌松／台北報導】男子陳士傑不滿未成年女友稱遭賴姓男子性騷擾，竟率同夥囚禁賴男1周，用釘槍釘手指、燒頭髮、逼吞子彈凌虐，並迫賴男簽下3張共216萬元本票。最高法院今依強盜、妨害自由等罪判陳男7年，共犯王晨翰5年4月徒刑定讞。

判決指出，2008年8月4日陳士傑約出賴男後，先一陣亂棒教訓，並持刀在其手臂上亂劃幾刀，再以釘書機釘耳朵，用打火機點燃噴出的殺蟲劑，燒賴男臉部和頭髮，另以釘槍釘右手大、小拇指，最後逼賴男吞子彈。

賴男血流滿面簽下本票仍遭囚禁1周，直到賴男將子彈排出體外並獲釋，仍因害怕陳男持本票騷擾家人，被迫幫陳男跑腿買便當、送貨，並將薪水交給陳男。

法院認定，陳男只聽信女友單方面說詞，就率眾凌虐、囚禁賴男，惡性重大，依強盜、妨害自由等罪判刑定讞。
