產創條例日月光條款 立院程委會列議程

經濟部長張家祝日前表態支持「產業創新條例」修法，增訂「日月光條款」，未來五年內有違法情節重大公司，將不得享有政府租稅減免。立法院程序委員會今天（24號）就將民進黨團提出，停止獎補助不法企業的「產業創新條例」部分條文修正草案排入本週五（27號）院會議程。

草案中提到，公司或企業因為故意或重大不法行為，導致產生公共危險者，應停止適用「產創條例」規定的獎勵、補助及租稅優惠。
