元大金併紐約人壽 准了

金管會核准，元大金控申請取得國際紐約人壽100%股份申請案。

金融監督管理委員會今天表示，元大金控依據保險法及金控法向金管會提出擬取得紐約人壽100%股份申請案，金管會依據法審核，已經函復元大金申請投資案所報文件。

有關保險的部分，金管會表示，元大金控在維護紐約人壽保戶與員工權益資金來源等符合法令、財務健全且具有專業能力經營保險業、長期經營承諾長達10年，及合併後期望資本適足率可達250%以上會增資。

金管會表示，元大金控應該在核准日起3個月內完成投資。
