德國購物網站C網運送問題

想請教各位大大
小弟日前(11/29)於C網折扣時入手商品
但至今仍未收到包裹@@"
跟據追蹤狀況顯示已經在台灣
但完全沒收到任何電話或連絡
因為C網目前已經改為德國郵政寄送
以往用FEDEX都很快收到
想請問一下有沒有大大知道目前C網在台灣是用哪家配送呢
至少有個方向可以聯絡
不然到現在還無法收到包裹
本來想送人的東西都已經超過時間了= ="
再請大大們幫忙小弟解答
