【呂志明／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦3個月大女嬰「緗緗」喝高鈉奶粉致死，認定「緗緗」伯母鄒雅婷故意在奶粉中摻鹽害死姪女，鄒女律師雖多次請求檢方依刑責較輕的傷害致死論罪，但檢方今仍依殺人罪將鄒女起訴。
