Nokia 在德國贏了對戰 HTC 的專利官司，後者 Android 產品禁售

據 FOSS Patents 的報導指出，繼近期 Nokia 在英國跟 HTC 的一戰勝出之後，在德國對戰 HTC 的專利官司都是贏啦。這回後者在當地真的被 Nokia 火燒連環船了，因為對上一次 Nokia 在英國贏了的時候，法官因考慮到連 HTC One 系列的手機都被禁售的話，將會是對 HTC 的很大打擊，所以先禁售 HTC One mini，而 One 系列則在上訴之後才決定命運如何。

看回德國這邊的消息吧，一位慕尼黑地區法院的法官裁定因 HTC 侵犯了 Nokia 一項編號為 EP1148681、涉及經藍牙和 NFC 點對點傳輸的專利，而決定 HTC 在德國所有的 Android 裝置都禁售。預計 HTC 將會就此上訴，而據報 Google 也正在德國尋找方法將有關專利無效化，因為他們發現這次事件有可能危及整個 Android 的生態系統。
