Note2 是不是不給升級官方4.3了

各位大大好
本人從官方4.3降回4.1.1之後
陸續又升到4.1.2

但是想試看看是否可以再次升到4.3時
顯示--已安裝最新韌體

是不是官方目前暫時不給升級到4.3
(因為家中還有一台Note2...沒刷過機情況下..也是不給升到4.3)
插到電腦用kies也是如此
顯示--你的裝置不支援Kies升級
