亦即加不加to皆正確.

Could you pass the salt to me? (O)
Could you pass the salt for me? (O)

pass是授予動詞, 間接受詞(人)在前時加不加to皆可;
直接受詞在前時, 間接受詞前要加介系詞to或for.
