隔離霜含藥品　媚登峰負責人緩起訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】媚登峯日前爆發盜刻會員印章查財力狀況弊案，台北地檢署認定盜刻會員印章是媚登峰連雲店幹部行為，今將連雲店前任及現任經理翁蕙蘭、廖含雯、副理莊雅惠、協理李昀容及3名美容師依偽造文書罪緩起訴，各須付國庫2萬到12萬元不等處分金。

至於媚登峯被控販賣過期保健食品「紅花琉璃飲」部分，檢方認定是客戶將購買的營養品寄存店內放到過期，且衛生局稽查時，沒發現過期產品，今不起訴。

不過，媚登峯教學部經理王明珠從義大利輸入、販售給媚登峯會員的「捷白隔離日霜」被驗出含藥品成分，卻未經主管機關查核，違反《化妝品衛生管理條例》，檢方今將王女緩起訴，公司負責人莊雅清也因該條例連坐條款獲緩起訴，須付國庫10萬元處分金。
