高雄願意借小鴨　基隆卻「不借了」

【陳偉周／基隆報導】命運多舛的基隆黃色小鴨，今天中午爆掉了，主辦人黃景泰趕緊向高雄市政府求救，希望能商借小鴨；高雄市政府也迅速決定願意出借小鴨，讓高雄黃色小鴨退役後「二度復出」，但黃景泰隨後卻發了聲明稿，以「安全考量」，婉拒高雄市政府的好意。

聲明稿全文：
我們非常感謝高雄市政府陳菊市長同意商借高雄小鴨，因詢問製造廠商大氣層公司，基於安全考量，避免爆裂情勢再次發生，恐會傷及高雄小鴨，不適宜在基隆再次展出，黃景泰誠摯的（地）感謝陳菊市長的盛情好意，向陳菊市長致上十二萬分謝意。
