架拐子又罵嫂婊子　男判賠5萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】台北市黃姓女里長與小叔王姓男子，因家族繼承糾紛，去年2月在王男經營的公司內起衝突，黃女指控，王男以腳絆倒她，害他手瘀傷，還罵她「幹你娘、婊子、臭雞掰」等語，求償200萬元，台北地院判王男應賠5萬餘元；仍可上訴。

王男指出，案發當天是黃女挑釁他，自己的確有辱罵黃女，但這是一時氣憤而過當的反應，至於黃女受傷，是他的腳不小心絆倒對方，遭求償200萬元，金額太高；刑事部分，王男已遭台北地院依過失傷害罪判拘役50天、公然侮辱判罰5000元，法官認為黃女求償200萬元過高，判賠5萬400元。
