偉瀚偷排紅污水 污染超標16倍遭重罰60萬

台北市士林區基隆河附近的劍潭抽水站前池，先前遭到一家「「偉瀚實業」以暗管偷排汙水染紅，台北市環保局的水質檢驗報告出爐，「偉瀚公司」的廢水採樣分析，結果發現水質中的「化學需氧量」為每公升一千六百二十毫克，已經超過放流水每公升一百毫克標準，超標高達十六倍，北市環保局考量紅色污水，是由未經許可的暗管排出，屬於重大違規情節，環保局依照「水污染防治法」，處「偉瀚公司」最高罰鍰六十萬元。

環保局長吳盛忠說，環保局持續查核，也認為廠商應該設置污染防治設備卻沒有設置，後續也會依照「行政罰法」規定，追討不法利得。
