標題[問題] 不用會員制的運動中心

平常都有去操場健走6km/hr 前陣子下雨就沒去了，有感覺到自己太胖了，想要去運動中心運動 順便鍛鍊身體的曲線 但是板上討論的都是會員制的健身中心 大部份會員制的健身中心風評都不怎麼好(指後續的轉讓等等.非器材) 我比較隨興，所以不想被綁約 請問哪邊有設備良好的計次制或是計時制的運動中心嗎? 可以大概報價一下嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.49.75 ※ 編輯: defective 來自: 111.249.49.75 (01/02 14:18)
