從母姓不被疼愛　男燒死父弟判無期

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中市太平區啃老族李姓男子(55歲)，因從母姓，從小不得疼愛，常被父親辱罵，李積怨已深。2年前，李不滿半夜看電視又遭父親責罵，竟將3瓶汽油噴灑么弟身上、樓梯間，再點火引燃，父親見狀打罵他，他竟持刀砍父，致父親不支倒地被燒死，么弟也送醫不治，他甚至一度鎖大門阻救火，還欲割腕最後被救。
 
李收押受審時，仍毫無悔意，屢以「欺人太甚就玉石俱焚」、「士可殺不可辱」等詞辯解，死者兒女也要求法官判處李死刑，不過台中高分院法官認為李長期無工作、被不公平對待，又罹患憂鬱症從未治療，仍維持一審原判，依殺害直系血親尊親屬罪判李無期徒刑，並令入適當處所接受精神評估和治療。
