銀行理專盜領客戶資金　判賠1500萬元

【張欽／台北報導】國泰世華銀行藍姓女理員，自2005年起，利用凌姓客戶對其信賴，連續三年以偽造取款憑條手法，盜領凌男全家7口設在國泰世華帳戶內的台幣、美金及歐元，總計新台幣4687萬餘元，藍女後來自首被依《銀行法》判刑1年8月，凌家並附帶民事求償向藍女討回所有損失。
 
台北地院認定，藍女並非所有交易都違反常規，計算後認定藍女盜領金額為1500萬元，日前判藍女要賠凌家1500萬元。全案可上訴。
