精神鑑定未出爐　醃頭案擇期再審

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】嘉義地方法院原定今天召開審議庭，提審遭控疑殺害胞妹陳婉婷詐領保險金的嫌犯陳佳富，因台大醫院精神鑑定報告尚未完成，法官裁定擇期開庭，陳佳富還押。
 
陳佳富從台北南下嘉義丟棄妹妹人頭的過程中，曾經載過他的毛姓計程車司機昨以證人身分出庭表示，當時從後照鏡觀看，男乘客戴著爆炸頭假髮、大熱天穿棉襖，外型十分怪異，與目前剃了光頭的陳佳富是否為同一人？他無法確認。
