【余思維、簡銘柱／台北報導】發生在昨晚台北市五分埔商圈的砍人事件，2名陳姓、張姓嫌犯今天下午1時許，被依殺人未遂罪名移送法辦，警方調查，謝姓傷者將菸頭彈到兩人引起不滿，並嗆聲：「怎麼樣！你不爽喔！」才導至雙方激烈衝突以開山刀砍人送醫。

警方表示，謝男昨晚因失業心情不好前往知名咖啡店，店員向他索取費用時，竟持水果刀揮舞企圖喝霸王咖啡，並當場潑灑險波及其他客人，不料他隨手彈菸煙頭時擊中陳嫌，引起陳、張兩嫌不滿理論，謝男持刀回嗆後遭2嫌以椅子毆打，隨後陳嫌返回車內拿出開山刀砍人，將謝男左手臂砍傷送醫，警方也當場將2嫌逮捕，偵訊後將他們移送法辦。
