林克穎引渡案　英法官判定台灣具領土主權

【胡守得／台北報導】英商林克穎潛逃回英引渡案，英國愛丁堡地方法院在台灣時間今晚6時許繼續開庭密集審理，林克穎律師昨天以台灣不是一個「領土」（Territory），主張台、英簽署的個案引渡備忘錄不適格、無效，但今晚一開庭開庭，承審法官馬凱弗（MacIver）即判定台灣是「領土」，引渡庭正式進入實質審理階段。
 
法務部發言人陳明堂說，英法官判定台灣是「領土」，代表承認我方是政治實體，具有當事人能力，台、英針對林克穎簽署的「關於引渡林克穎瞭解備忘錄」合法、有效。
