去年建物移轉量 淡水第一

各縣市陸續公布去年全年房屋買賣移轉棟數，根據統計，2013年全台交易最火熱的是新北淡水區，全年達9464件，已連續2年居冠，第2為台中西屯區，第3則是新北新莊區。

中信房屋副總經理劉天仁表示，淡水區連2年交易量奪冠，主要是受惠郊區低總價題材熱賣，而在新市鎮區域主打小資買得起的題材發酵下，預料2014年的交易仍會繼續火熱。

根據統計，2012年全台交易最熱行政區前兩名也是淡水，西屯，第3名則是板橋區。但去年板橋被擠到第6名，取而代之的是新北新莊區，交易量為8172件，比2012年大增32%，副都心首度超越新北市府所在地板橋，榮登季軍。
