很消極的說法，但也如此。
樓上生活的噪音，與工業噪音又不同。

道歉，也沒有辦法......除非把小孩子關起來，關在籠裏。
小孩的斷續的腳步聲很吵。但
除了我外，家中其他兩人沒有感覺，每個人的對噪音的感覺不同。

現在我自己兩個小孩，也搬家。小孩算乖了，但是偶爾還是被樓下的
complain. 難免小孩有時會搞出噪音.... 只能年節買個禮道歉...
打招乎，之後就還好。以和為貴。(當然是我小孩沒那麼好動，也較聽話，
我不敢說會教。我看過很多小孩，真的，不是那麼好教，除非打到斷腿)

奇實，重點是小孩難免會小跑，小跳一下....小孩的特性不可能
slow motion .
大人也不可能把他們關在籠裏。 黑道只能嚇大人，常常可能把事鬧更大
把你托下水....

有小孩各位就知道了。教育當然重要，但是如果有方法可能讓
所有的小朋友都乖乖不搞出噪音，這世界就不用法律了。
