暗夜惡火　獨居老翁葬生火窟

花蓮縣光復鄉中山路一段，今天凌晨2時，1戶兩層樓民宅許傳火警，由於屋內堆滿雜物，火勢一發不可收拾，消防花了2個小時才將火勢撲滅。清理火場時，才發現一具男子及狗的屍體，1名陳姓鄰居為了開門救人，左手也遭燙傷送醫，送醫急救後無礙。
 
警方調查，死者為潘姓獨居老翁〈76歲〉沒有親人家屬，平常都跟一隻狗相伴，光復鄉長謝忠淵表示，鄉公所將協助辦理後事。(李光濱／花蓮報導)
