高院漏夜裁定　張德正吃團圓飯有變數

針對台北地院無保釋放衝撞總統府的砂石車司機張德正，台北地檢署獲知消息後，第一時間向台灣高等法院提出即時抗告，北院立即將抗告書狀送抵高院。

據了解，高院值班法官已收到卷證，正漏夜研議相關書證，裁定結果最快凌晨就會出爐，張德正能否和家人圍爐吃年夜，飯還有變數。(法庭中心／台北報導)
