政治危機升高 穆迪調降烏克蘭信評

國際信用評等機構穆迪投資者服務公司(Moody’s Investors Service)1月31日將烏克蘭主權債信評等調降1級，從Caa1下降至Caa2，展望也改為負面，主要理由是，烏克蘭境內的政治危機升高，能否繼續獲得俄羅斯的財政援助引人關切。

穆迪公司的聲明說，調降烏克蘭信評，主要是因為烏克蘭首都基輔於2013年11月開始的和平抗議所引發的政治危機暴力本質升高，政府與反對派之間的立場根深蒂固，反政府示威活動已經蔓延至烏克蘭西部地區，可能升高行政危機，導致權力真空和拖長政治不確定性。

穆迪並且說明調降烏克蘭信評的其他原因，包括：當地民眾搶購外幣，升高了烏克蘭內部財政需求的風險；俄羅斯是否按照先前承諾，繼續對烏克蘭政府提供財政援助。
