氣象局清晨發布大雨特報，基隆北海岸、新竹以北山區及宜蘭山區，今天有局部大雨發生的機率。

中央氣象局表示，受到華南雲雨區東移影響，今天基隆北海岸、新竹以北山區及宜蘭山區，都有局部大雨發生的機率，請民眾注意。
