穆迪調升荷蘭比利時展望至正面

隨著歐元區經濟改善，國際信評機構穆迪(Moody)7日調升荷蘭、比利時的主權評等，都從「負面」升至「穩定」。

穆迪仍然給了荷蘭最高等級的「Aaa」評等；至於比利時則是調降3級，成為「Aa3」，但展望都為「穩定」。
