洪案一審宣判 洪姊：一定上訴

喧騰一時的陸軍下士洪仲丘遭不當處分死亡案，桃園地方法院宣判。洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸今天上午表示，一定會再上訴，她自己未來是找工作，或是繼續投入，將先和律師討論。 洪案18名被告中，13人被判3個月到8個月不等有期徒刑，5人無罪。洪家人無法接受判決結果，公民團體不排除再上街頭。
