歐聖TDR7/30起終止上市

證交所昨（18）日舉行董事會，通過歐聖TDR終止上市案，另也通過科妍生技、拓凱實業申請股票上市。

證交所表示，歐聖因2011年財報經會計師出具無法表示意見，且未能在規定期限期內完成補正，因此提報董事會討論，昨日通過歐聖TDR自7月30日起終止上市。

證交所表示，雖然歐聖TDR即將終止上市，惟歐聖原股仍會在新加坡交易所繼續上市，歐聖TDR之投資人除了在7月29日以前仍可在台灣證券交易市場賣出外，也可向存託機構遠東商銀申請以TDR兌回歐聖原股持有，或是兌回原股到新加坡交易所出售。

證交所董事會也通過上市審查準則及營業細則部分條文修正案，新的規定要求一般公司申請改名為投控公司，必須符合投控公司申請上市的標準，否則將不得繼續上市。
