手機當機後app & play store全消失

小妹的手機是S2 4.1.2
更新已經很久 當時也有恢復原廠設定
最近沒有下載任何新的app
----------------------------

禮拜天下午跟朋友line到一半

手機突然自己重新開機後app全不見了 但照片跟其他檔案都還在

大多數app我都有備份apk檔在手機 所以都有裝回來

(本來以為資料會全部消失 但重新安裝覆蓋後 程式資料跟記錄都還在)

可是有些沒有備份的app

或是一些版本已經更新 但我的apk還是舊版的app

就一定得用play store載 可是連play store都消失

後來上網找play store apk直接裝

打開後就會顯示 "play 商店已停止"

每次重新開機 或是開每一個程式 也都會顯示這個訊息

爬文試過網上的每個方法

依然無解

p.s. 有試過解除更新play store

但手機只要開始跑"移除中" 幾秒後就會重新開機

清除資料&快取的按鍵則是無法按

請問有人有碰過一樣的狀況後有順利解決的嗎?
