馬英九與瓜地馬拉總統會談強調兩國合作成果顯著

【晏明強／台北報導】馬英九總統上午以軍禮歡迎來訪的瓜地馬拉共和國總統培瑞茲，隨即在總統府與培瑞茲會談，他高度肯定培瑞茲過去在軍旅生涯中，最重要貢獻是與瓜國遊擊隊，簽署和平協定，結束瓜國內戰，讓瓜國人民看到和平曙光。

馬強調，中華民國與瓜國建交數十年來邦誼穩固，近幾年在許多領域密切合作，包括縮短數位落差、成立肝臟移植中心、CA9號公路拓寬及農業技術移轉等計畫，都有非常顯著的成果。
