聚合發建設公司老闆 涉違反著作權

台中市聚合發建設公司以2150萬元代價向藝術中心購得雕塑大師朱銘的「轉身蹬腳」雕塑品，涉嫌未經授權重製「轉身蹬腳」圖片刊登在建案廣告網頁，還以攝影方式重製朱銘的「十字弓」等太極系列雕塑品，製成DVD光碟片對外散布，台中地檢署今天依違反著作權法將聚合發公司老闆陳世坤、總經理祈興國起訴。
