Samsung 開始量產首款基於 PCIe 的 Ultrabook SSD

SSD 的速度如今已經快到 SATA 介面都有可能跟不上了，所以當聽到 Samsung 開始量產首款基於 PCIe 的 Ultrabook SSD 時我們的感覺著實有一點興奮。據悉新品系列被稱作 XP941，其讀取速度可以達到 1.4GB/s 左右（是目前最快 SATA SSD 的 2.5 倍），六分鐘內可寫入大約 500GB 的數據。另外，由於採用了 Intel M.2 介面的關係，它的尺寸甚至比已經不算很大的 Blade SSD 還要小（要知道它的容量最大也有 512GB 呢）。

Samsung 目前還未公佈有哪些廠商將採用 XP941，但值得注意的是，在新款的 MacBook Air 中配備的好像就是類似的產品。不管怎麼說，隨著新一批 Haswell Ultrabook 的上市，我們可能很快就會知道答案了吧。訪問來源可以閱讀完整的新聞稿。
