全民電通案 柯建銘更一審改判無罪

台灣高等法院審理柯建銘的全民電通案，今天上午更一審宣判，合議庭現在改判柯建銘無罪。

民進黨立院總召柯建銘被控在擔任全民電通總經理期間，涉嫌利用買賣隆元國際公司股票，衝銷一千兩百萬元私人債務，導致全民電通損失一千兩百萬元，以及全民電通不實之財報，全案高檢署特偵組移交新竹地檢署偵辦，柯建銘被以背信和違反商業會計法罪嫌提起公訴。一審判處柯建銘有期徒刑一年，二審則減刑為六個月，現在更一審又改判為無罪。全案可上訴。
