抗議伯父分產不公　兄弟穿「背信忘祖」孝服撒冥紙　起訴

【張沛森／桃園報導】各為46歲及44歲的徐姓兄弟，今年2月6日上午至9日因不滿伯父分配土地不公，竟接連穿著「背信忘祖」的孝服到伯父家，還手持祖先牌位，向伯父家門口灑冥紙抗議等，桃園地檢署依妨害名譽罪嫌起訴
