選屏東縣長？陳保基沒意願

屏東縣過去幾年均由綠營執政，最近傳出國民黨有意徵召農委會主委陳保基，回家鄉屏東投身縣長選舉，希望能夠成功讓「綠地」變「藍天」。不過，陳保基今天(2日)在接受媒體訪問時表示，沒有人徵詢過他，他也沒有意願，並表示自己已經60歲了，應該要多留點時間，充裕自己的生活。

陳保基擔任農委會主委以來，力抗不少反對意見，執行多項重大政策，包括開放含有俗稱瘦肉精的萊克多巴胺美牛來台，以及傳統市場禁宰活禽等。

陳保基個性善於調和，政商人脈廣闊，在地方與藍綠均能交好。對於外傳國民黨有意徵召他回鄉投入百里侯選戰，陳保基表示，他的個性就是「在哪個位子，就把該做的事情做好」，他強調，目前對於選縣市長，「真的完全沒有意願，也沒有興趣。」
