隨機攔路搶劫賊 逃竄中卻因酒駕遭逮

新北市瑞芳濱海公路一帶，日前傳出有隨機攔路搶劫的歹徒現蹤，受害車主不但被打破車窗，還被以鐮刀劃傷手臂，所幸機警、立刻踩油門離開現場。警方經過連日追查，發現一名李姓無業男子涉有重嫌，昨晚他因為酒駕遭到攔查，警方隨即發現他就是攔路賊，將他移送法辦。　　（李書璇報導）

一名有公共危險前科的27歲李姓失業男子，日前騎機車要返家，騎經新北市瑞芳區臺2線濱海公路員山子分洪道處時，因為缺錢花用臨時起意，決定對一旁的李姓駕車民眾行搶，他以隨身攜帶的鐮刀打破被害人車窗，再殺傷這名民眾手臂，但民眾馬上駕車逃離並報警。

警方依被害人所陳述的車牌、嫌犯身形等特徵，立刻進行比對查詢，查出家住基隆市中正區的李姓男子涉嫌重大，因此警方開始在李姓男子的住家樓下埋伏，不料李姓男子都沒有回家，導致無法即時將他查緝到案；但法網恢恢疏而不漏，李姓男子在7月1號晚間，因為酒後駕車遭到警方攔檢，並依公共危險罪移送基隆地檢署，結果發現李姓男子就是追緝中的搶劫案嫌犯，瑞芳分局警方隨即在庭訊後帶案偵辦，嫌犯坦承犯案；而他的落網，也讓基隆地區一度因為出現隨機搶劫客所造成民眾的恐懼感，終於落下。
