汕頭通關無紙化 啟動

汕頭海關正式啟動通關作業無紙化改革試點，粵東地區進出口通關開始邁向無紙化時代。無紙化通關先在汕頭海關駐港口辦事處試點，年內將逐步擴大應用範圍，讓更多進出口企業及時享受到海關業務改革。

通關作業無紙化是海關在進出口分類通關基礎上，直接對企業錄入申報的全部報關單及隨附單證電子數據進行無紙審核、驗放處理的通關作業方式。對於企業來說，無紙化不僅減少紙質報關單證打印、快遞、交通等費用和人員排隊等待的時間，還不受海關工作地點和時間的限制。

某玩具公司日前申報出口的一批玩具成為汕頭首票無紙化通關貨物，報關員說，企業錄入申報數據之後，一分鐘上傳，再通過幾十秒的無紙通關審核，幾分鐘時間就完成這票出口貨物電子通關業務，可以直接發貨到港口，省卻以往需要一次甚至幾次往返的奔波。

汕頭海關指出，海關將加強對通關作業無紙化改革，現場解答並及時處置企業通關過程遇到的問題，同時做好企業信息收集工作，保持關企良性互動，優化和調整業務操作流程，爭取效能最大化。
