啃老醉男買菸被拒　拿電扇砸傷母

男子喝醉，不滿母親拒絕幫他買菸，竟然拿起電扇，朝母親身上砸過去，造成扇葉基座毀損，外殼飛到好幾公尺遠，整支電扇幾乎解體，母親的手肘留下好幾道傷痕，這已經不是他第一次對母親拳腳相向。

楊姓男子父親：「母子起衝突，我當時在樓上喊救命，(打媽媽)不只一次，已經好幾次了。」

楊姓男子的母親，後頸和手肘受傷，男子躺在椅子上，一副無所謂的樣子，還辯稱是不小心揮到電扇，才打到媽媽。楊姓男子：「我就喝酒，怎麼能騎車，(媽媽)她就走出來，電風就不小心揮到她了」

楊姓男子的父親，氣切在家休養，一家三口生計重擔，全落在64歲的母親肩上，當清潔工一天只賺300元，一個月不到1萬元收入，還得支付5千元房租，38歲的兒子，已經4、5年沒有工作，整天在家喝酒當啃老族，受不了兒子長期暴力，決定提出傷害告訴。
