【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣聖母護專學生劉廷葶及順安國中學生林宜屏，月初代表台灣，前往菲律賓馬尼拉，參加2013年第七屆亞洲青少年武術錦標賽，兩名小選手，都是首度參加國際賽事，而劉廷葶過關斬將，拿下女子A組劍術冠軍及槍術第2，林宜屏則獲得女子B組長拳第4、槍術第5、劍術第6的好成績。今天宜蘭縣長林聰賢接見，並鼓勵兩人再接再厲，為國爭光。
