電玩弊案 林姓前調查官交保

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北19日電）台北地檢署偵辦張廣元賭博電玩弊案，認為台北市調處松山站前副主任林啟川已無羈押必要，台北地院裁定以新台幣10萬元交保。

北檢7月首波偵結，認定電玩業者張廣元為避免旗下4家電玩店遭查緝，透過記者白手套送錢行賄6名前任、現任警察，依違反貪污治罪條例行收賄罪、刑法賭博等罪起訴張廣元、前記者張榮仁、前員警林正源等22人。

檢調追查本案時發現案外案，張廣元集團得知有成員遭到鎖定後，涉嫌透過前聯合報副主任高年億，向調查局新聞科前科長阮鵬球、林啟川等人打探市調處偵辦進度，再通風報信，要集團成員出國避風頭。

北檢6月間聲押林啟川時，他情緒失控，激動用頭連連撞牆到頭破血流，遭台北地院裁定羈押。地院上午認為已無羈押必要，裁定10萬元交保。1020819
