【綜合報導】由於潭美颱風逐漸靠近，宜蘭外澳已經感覺到風力跟海浪明顯變大，但因為沒有下雨，還是有不少遊客攜伴前往。

在中央氣象局發布海上警報之後，外澳地區岸巡人員拿著大聲公沿著沙灘廣播，跟遊客柔性勸導，希望大家可以遠離海邊，以免海浪變大，造成危險。
