工作第一個月的薪水算法

是這樣的 最近有應徵到一份工作 是作業員是派遣月薪的 但是第一個薪水算法很怪

以下是他給我的單子 很像是要按照這個看 有月份 出勤等之類的

月份 出勤結算日{起} 出勤結算日{訖}

4 102/3/22 102/4/22
5 102/4/23 102/5/23
6 102/5/24 102/6/20
7 102/6/21 102/7/23

我們都是固定5號發薪水遇到假日就提早一天 後來有跟個同事聊天 他說他7月3號開始做的做的 做到8/5號偶爾加班 他才領1萬5 但是我們底薪是21000+全勤有22000 主要是上面我打的那張單子 是要怎麼算

但是我聽他說 第二個月應該就會正常了 我主要是想知道我第一個月大概是怎算法

那我8/20開始做也開始算薪水了 那做到9/5號發薪水 該不會也只有一點點

我是想知道我一天大概有多少 至於有加班的話我會自己算進去 我是從早上八點做到下午5點
