「泊嵐匯」競圖 設計監造費逾億

台中市府經濟發展局今天說，大宅門特區「泊嵐匯」會展中心將採國內競圖，第一名可取得新台幣1億8000多萬元設計監造費。

市府經發局長王誕生表示，為讓國內設計師有發揮空間，大宅門特區的「泊嵐匯」會展中心決定採國內競圖，並分兩階段評選，獲評選第一名者可取得1億8000多萬元設計監造費，第2至第5名各有50萬元獎金。

王誕生說，市府將在9月13日公告競圖，預計10月中旬開始收件，評選結果在今年11月底可出爐。

王誕生指出，會展中心總經費47億餘元，由市府自行建造，規劃為5層樓建物，樓地板面積3萬多坪，1樓設計2000個標準攤位，採對外開放設計，方便民眾消費；2至3樓挑空設計，設計為辦公空間，4、5樓則為多功能會展場地。
