彩繪古董自強號惹議 文化局止血

　台北市文化局舉辦鐵道文化嘉年華，將彩繪3輛EMU100型自強號電聯車，掀起鐵道迷強烈撻伐，文化局下午緊急改變活動，將車廂彩繪改為製作與車廂造型、尺寸相同的「大型塗鴉牆」，開放現場民眾塗鴉，動手畫出對未來火車與台北機場的想像。

　鐵道專家指出，過去華山車站建築被彩繪的不倫不類，完全失去原本風貌，從這次彩繪車廂事件重蹈當年覆轍，更看出文化局及台鐵不尊重歷史資產。

　暱稱「阿婆號」的EMU100型自強號電聯車，是台灣第一代自強號，時速120公里在民國67年上路時，堪稱台灣陸地上最快交通運具，乘載台灣人30年來重要回憶，而台灣公家機關操作「彩繪」活動還不很成熟，往往淪為塗鴉，讓重要歷史資產淪落這般下場，令人憂心。

　文化局說，其實彩繪的本意也是尊重及保存，不希望因為彩繪車廂事件，讓企劃已久的「鐵道文化節」徹底失焦，因此才會採取改成彩繪塗鴉牆板的作法，盼獲得鐵道迷的諒解。
